After waking up I found Robin and Wain already packing up to leave. I woke up just in time then. After saying
good morning to them i went inside to find Dad. Sure enough he was drinking coffee and talking to haley while she was eating
her breakfast. I sat down and joined them as the lady behind the counter asked me if i wanted some tea. "Sure" I said. So she
brought me a glass of tea as we talk at the table. After she got done eating Robin and Wain walked in so we all ordered some
breakfast. I know Wain ordered hashbrowns, eggs and toast and Dad had the same thing. Im not sure what Robin had but I had
three huge blueberry pancakes with reall, grape sized blueberries. After eating we said our good-byes to everyone in the cafe
and headed back outside and let Robin take a picture of us for her camera. After words we took pictures of them and we got
wains number so we could stay in contact with them. We saw them ride off on their awesome motorcycles and we took off after
them. We met a bicyclist named tracy who told us about road work up ahead in which we would be given a ride in the back of
the pilot truck(I was glad that we could take a good break) and we meet 2 bicyclist's who were heading north to fairbanks.
AFter that nothing really happeneed until we reached a gas station about 39 miles away. When we reached the gas station we
grabbed two hotdogs and ate them outside. A guy came over and asked us about our trip. AFter we got done eating Dad noticed
a guy trying to open up his truck but couldnt so dad asked him if he was locked out. The guy said yeah so dad told him he was
a locksmith. So Dad started doing his magick work and after 30 seconds Dad was able to open the wing window with bungie cords.
He held the button with one end of the cord and turned the handle with the other end. Thus he was able to open the window
and open the door. The guy asked us where we was camping tonight and Dad told him that we really didnt have a place to camp
so john(the truck drivers name) said "just come over to my place. Ill leave the truck out so you guys know where i live and i got the beer waiting."
Dad will never turn down a beer with new freinds So Dad pushed as hard as he could(which forced me to bike harder too) to johns house before the beer got cold. Eventually we reached
johns truck so we went off to his house and started yelling his name and eventually he came outside. He was carrying his box
of beer so John and Dad grabbed a few. During this I got out my mosquito net becuase they was brutul out there. After a minute
of getting acquainted me and Dad found a spot to put the tent and we set it up reall quick. After that John told us that
he was a proffesional glass blower. Dad asked if i wanted to come inside and see his work. I told Dad earlir "Once im in
the tent, i'm not coming back out." So Dad went downstairs and took a movie of the work John did and came back and showed me
Ill show you guys the video when I can. Afterwards we sayed out goodnights and went on to bed.

We took today off due to the fact that we had a place to stay. Dad helped John build a outhouse beside his house. John also let us use his internet at his house. After updating the blog I helped him move firewood for the winter. But other than that nothing important happened.
Thursday June, 24
We woke up and said goodbye to John. After heading down the mudy trail we were finally back ontu the road. AFter a good 10 miles down the road we saw a floatplane(the planes that fly from the water) on the water and went and checked it out. After seeing the awesome plane, we went off again. A few miles down the road we ran into "Speedway cafe" which owned the only privatly owned speedway in alaska. We grabbed some breakfast there(I had 2 eggs and pancakes and dad had two eggs, hashbrowns and toast) and then we finally entered the last town until Anchorage. "Wasila". We was so happy to see a Wendys sign. We ran into Wendy's with smile as we ordered two double cheeseburgers with fries and a medium drink(they had free refills) and We ate(well I ate) with the gusto of a hound dog. After eating we got on the internet again and called our family with skype. Afterwords we went off to a Beautiful lake were we layed down and took a nap. I snapped a picture of a guy in a sailboat on the lake. Afterwords we went off to search for a place to rest when we found a KFC! God really blessed us today. We walked in and Grabbed us 4 chicken legs, mashed potatoes(which dad ate all of), macaroni and cheese and biscuits. Right before we sat down we was greeted by a couple rode in on bicycles. They asked us about our trip and told us that they was from Africa. They had this cool accent which was like british but alot more american in it. They invited us to their house so we all biked over there. Dad let shanen(the guy) ride his bike and I mainly stayed in the back with sasha(the girl). Their home was the coziest home i've ever been in and their shower was the best I ever had. They was very church going people and Sasha was even able to answer a few questions about the bible I had(mainly what Zion was. It said it in the Psalms but i didnt know what it was). That night Dad and Shanen went to grab some beer and during this i started on the luandry(thank you Sasha for letting me use your landry detergent). When the guys got back from the store they had a few drinks and Shanen showed us a movie and pictures of his super cool job. He is a crocodile hunter in Africa who works with his dad and brother every now and then. After that though Sasha told him "We should let them go to bed" so we said our goodnights and fell asleep on the most comfterable carpet ever. I didn't even use my blow-up mat.
Friday June, 25
We woke up at 6:30 this morning becuase Shanen had to go to work. When we woke up Sasha was making toast
with butter for us. After eating, getting dressed and saaying good-bye to Shanen we went outside to our bikes. Sasha said a
prayer for us(which was really cool) and we headed out. We waved good-bye to Sasha and we went on down the road. Of course as
soon as we exit Wasila we had to ride the highway. Boy was it dreadfull. Giant semi's driving that close to you will make
anyone nervous. We pulled over at a "Tribal councel" building off of the highway. The lady inside let us use the internet and
I saw bike path about 4 exit's down the road. Sure enough there it was after what felt like forever. The bike trail took us
to a small town in which we ordered some food and relaxed. After that we finally made it into Anchorage(a total of 350 miles). We biked towards
I(yes just a I) street which was where the asian lady lived who gave us food on the first day and said that we could come to her house. We
made it to I street and found where she lived. We called her and she came out and opened the garage of her apartment building and let us
stash our bikes in there. After that we grabbed all of our bikes and moved up to her apartment. We walked in and It was such
a nice place. She had japanese style dolls and a cool Japanese style war helmet with horns on top of it. She has all sorts
of collectables in her house which made me very cuatious becuase anyone who knows me well knows im like a bull in a china
shop(or in this case a japanese shop). She let us use the showers so dad jumped in first as i got my toothbrush and clothes
to change into. She turned on jeapordy so i watched that with her while Dad showered. After he got out I took one. She had
a sumo wrestling calendar on the wall(oh boy. half-naked fat people to look at). The shower felt really good and I went and
sat on the couch. Mrs. thompson(the japanese lady's name) started cooking and she asked me to go to the store across the
street to fetch some chow mien. Sure enough they didn't have any. AFter heading back we ate(very good stuff) and go the bed
ready in the floor. She handed me the stuff and me and Dad got it ready. After that she made herself some ice-cream(i would
have got some but I ate to much dinner) and went to her bedroom. We was able to watch some operation repo and a new show
called limo bob. Limo bob wasnt as good as operation repo but it was still pretty good. After that i turned the t.v off and
went to bed.
Saturday June, 26
We woke up and Mrs.Thompson made breakfast for us. After that we said goodbye and moved on. We wondered where
the way to whittier was. Just about everyone in town had a different answer to the question. but we found the right road
eventually. We road until we saw another Wendys. We went inside and found the ferry shedule. As we was looking at the
schedule and calling family on skype, a lady walked in and asked us about our trip. She asked if we had a place to stay
tonight and of course we said no and she said "well you can come stay with me if you want." Of course we said sure and she
gave us her address. So we finished eating and biked over to her house. We arrived and knocked on the door. Sure enough the
dog she was telling us about came out and greeted us with open paws. After saying high again we walked inside and she told
us we could stay in the guest bed which was right down the hallway. After putting all of our stuff in the room she told us
that her son was coming over to pick her up to go for a hike. Of course we said we would go so we got dressed for a cold wet
mountain hike and relaxed until he got there. After about 30 minutes he arrived and picked us up. He took us to the mountains
and we got out and put the dog on the leash. Diana(the lady who invited us to stay over) and Josh(her son) started walking up
the mountain and we followed closely behind. You really don know how good of shape your in until you climb a mountain like
that. Gosh it was a pretty tough climb. Josh and Sage(the dog's name) just fast walked up that thing like it was a moving
sidewalk. Diana walked up it like someone who hikes up it like it was just a small hill and Dad was right behind(well a
little behind) and I was just pretending(badly) that I wasn't struggling. We reached the top finally and stayed up there
and rested for a few minutes(thank you) and we saw a cloud slowly smother us agaisnt the mountain. Kinda like the game
"Silent hill". We headed back down(could barely see the trail becuase of the cloud) and Josh and Sage climb the rest of
flat top mountain(the mountain we was climbing) becuase he likes to jog down the mountain so the rest of us went down the
mountain to get a "head start" as Diana said to us. Sure enough as we was walking down here comes Josh and Sage running at us.
He kept on jogging past as we let him pass. We finally reached the bottom as Josh was tying Sage up in the back of the truck.
We all jumped in and headed back into the house. We arrived and said good-bye to John and Diana had to head over to a
birthday party. She tuaght me how to work the TV and DVD player and showed us where the DVD's were. She had alot of movies
(actually good movies) and then she headed out. I started playing "Yes Man" which is a movie i've been wanting to see for a
while. After that I watched the first Riddick movie(can't remember the name) and Diana came back in the middle of the movie
and started to upload the pictures that she took during the mountain hike. She sent a few to my e-mail as i finished up the
movie. As the movie fiished we all talked about random stuff and before you know it, it was 10:00. So we all went to bed and
I updated the blog for one last time.
